Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Vraau, an adult social network operated for people aged 18 and over. By creating an account or using the platform, you fully agree to what is written here.
1. Minimum age and capacity
Vraau is exclusively for people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You declare that you meet this age when signing up. We may request a government-issued photo ID at any time and immediately terminate accounts that cannot confirm the declared age.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. You may not create an account on someone else's behalf, sell, rent, or transfer your account, or use the platform if you have previously been banned.
3. Allowed content
Consensual adult content between adults is allowed, produced by you or with the express authorization of every person depicted. By posting, you declare that you hold the rights to the material and documented consent from all participants.
4. Prohibited content
It is strictly prohibited to post any material involving people under 18, real or simulated; non-consensual content, including intimate material shared without authorization; sexual violence, bestiality, or incest; human trafficking or prostitution; content that infringes third-party copyright; and any material that is illegal in its source or destination jurisdiction. Violations lead to immediate removal, permanent ban, and reporting to the competent authorities.
5. Reporting and removal
Anyone can report content through the platform's channels or by email. Reports of non-consensual material or material involving minors are treated with the highest priority and the content is taken offline while under review. If you appear in content published without your consent, contact us for removal.
6. Payments and diamonds
Diamond purchases, fan club subscriptions, and products are processed by third-party payment providers. Amounts are charged in the currency shown at the time of purchase. Diamonds are internal-use credits, are not currency, and are not redeemable for cash by the people who buy them.
7. Subscriptions and cancellation
Fan club subscriptions renew automatically for the contracted period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no charge in later cycles.
8. Refunds
Purchases of digital content delivered immediately are not refundable after access, except in cases of proven delivery failure, duplicate charge, or fraud. Consumers keep any statutory withdrawal rights their local law grants them. Requests must be sent to the contact email.
9. Creators and payouts
Creators retain ownership of the content they publish and grant us a limited license to display and distribute it within the platform. Sales are credited to the creator's internal wallet. The revenue share, minimum amount, and payout timing are shown in the wallet and may change with prior notice. Identity documents and tax details may be required before the first payout. Taxes on amounts received are the creator's responsibility. On super chats and gifts sent during live streams, the platform keeps 20% of the diamonds to cover the video server; the current rate is shown before the stream starts.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refunding amounts related to the period in violation. You may close your account at any time in settings; deletion removes your profile and content, except for records we are legally required to keep.
11. Limitation of liability
Vraau connects people, but does not take part in encounters and does not guarantee the accuracy of information posted by users. In-person meetings are at the sole risk and responsibility of the people involved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you actually paid to the platform in the 12 months before the event.
12. Changes and governing law
We may change these Terms and will give notice on the platform before they take effect. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, and disputes may be brought before the courts of the consumer's domicile.
