Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data Vraau collects, what we use it for, and what your rights are. We process personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).
1. Data we collect
Account data: username, email, hashed password, and date of birth. Profile data you choose to provide: photos, biography, gender, orientation, interests, and approximate location. Usage data: IP address, device, browser, pages visited, and timestamps. Payment data: transaction identifiers only. Full card numbers are processed directly by the payment providers and are never stored on our servers.
2. Sensitive data
Information about sexual life and sexual orientation is sensitive personal data. You provide it by your own choice, under specific consent, and you can remove it at any time by editing or deleting your profile.
3. What we use it for
Running the platform and maintaining your account; displaying and recommending profiles and content; processing payments, subscriptions, and payouts; verifying age and preventing fraud; moderating content and investigating reports; and complying with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with: payment providers, to process transactions; cloud infrastructure and storage providers; transactional email providers; and public authorities, where there is a legal obligation or court order. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Your profile's visibility
You control who sees your profile, photos, and videos through your privacy settings, including anonymous profile mode. Content published as public can be seen by anyone logged into the platform.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to keep your session authenticated, remember your age confirmation and chosen language, and measure platform usage. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking access to your account.
7. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. After deletion, your profile and content are removed, and access and transaction records are kept for the periods required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework and by tax law.
8. Your rights
You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, and deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. Just write to the contact email listed on this page. We will respond within the deadlines set by the LGPD.
9. Security
All traffic runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to private content requires authorization. No system is completely immune, and we will notify you and the competent authority if a significant security incident occurs.
10. Minors
The platform is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from that age group. When we identify a minor's account, it is deleted and the content removed immediately.
